udge Frederick S. Caldwell was born in Meigs County, Ohio, on January 17, 1862 and graduated from the National Normal School in Lebanon, Ohio. He was the Principle of the Winchester, Indiana, High School from 1885-91, Superintendent of the City Schools from 1891-92 and began his practice of law in 1892. He became the Judge of the Appellate Court on September 1, 1913 and is a resident of Winchester.
