dgar D. Crumpacker was born in LaPorte County, Indiana on May 27, 1851 and educated in the Valparaiso Academy. He was the Prosecuting Attorney for the 31st Judicial District of Indiana, Judge of the Appellate Court of Indiana and a member of the 55th through 62 Congress for the 10th Indiana District.
