Postcard showing a resort called Burows' Camp; postmarked from Tefft (in Jasper County) in 1912. Jane Lyle, who was kind enough to provide this image from her personal collection,  looked up the name Burows in census data and found that in 1910 there was a Leonard Burows in Pleasant Township, Porter County, who listed his occupation as "keeper of summer resort" affirming this view is from that county. Additionally, Dunn's Bridge is also located in Pleasant Township and near Tefft so it is reasonable to assume the resort was located in this vicinity -- special thanks to Jane as well as to Thomas Keesling for the scans!
