omer D. Ingram, a lawyer, was born in Vermillion County, Indiana, on August 1, 1891 and received his LL.B. from Indiana University. He was appointed Depute Prosecutor in 1913 and on the organization of a separate circuit was appointed Prosecutor of Parke County by Governor Ralston on April 1, 1915. Mr. Ingram is a resident of Rockville, Indiana.
