illiam H. Vollmer was born and reared on a farm near Vincennes, Indiana, and attended the common schools. In 1902 he was instrumental in the organization and, is President of, the Citizens Trust Co., Vincennes, Indiana. Mr. Vollmer was elected Treasurer for the State of Indiana in 1910.
