oseph Lambert Bayard, Jr., a banker, was born in Vincennes, Indiana on July 21, 1872 and graduated from Vincennes University, Fordman New York University and began as bookkeeper for the First National Bank of Vincennes. He is now Cashier and Director of the bank, Treasurer for the Vincennes Gas Co., and a resident of Vincennes, Indiana.
