homas W. Brolley, was born in Newport, Kentucky, on February 10, 1854 and attended the common schools and St. Mary's, in North Vernon, Indiana. He was the Representative of Scott and Jennings counties from 1906-08, is the author of "Brolley's Baseball Bill" and elected State Statistician from 1910-12.
