ames R. Fleming, a lawyer, was born in Sulphur Springs, Indiana, on November 8, 1881 and received his LL.B. from the University of Michigan. He was Prosecuting Attorney for Jay Count two terms, was a member of the Legislative session of 1913, of the State Senate 1915-17, and is a resident of Portland, Indiana.
