scar H. Montgomery, a lawyer, was born in Seymour, Indiana, on April 27, 1859 and received his A.B. and A.M. from Hanover College. He was the City Attorney for Seymour ten years, Judge of the Supreme Curt of Indiana from 1905-11 after which he resumed his practice of law at Seymour. Mr. Montgomery was a delegate at the Republican National Convention, a trustee for Hanover College as well as the First National Bank of Seymour, President of the Indiana Committee on Uniform State Laws and a resident of Seymour, Indiana.
