This photograph of the Guilford Covered Bridge interior was taken on April 5, 1992 and clearly shows the wood block paving that was implemented during the 1930s as part of a Civilian Conservation Corps Service project ... this addition to the original Kennedy design was removed in the most recent renovation -- Photographed by Mary P.
