MOORESVILLE COVERED BRIDGE

The Mooresville Covered Bridge is no longer standing … it crossed White Lick Creek in Section 36, Township 14 North, and Range 1 East, Morgan County. This single span Howe Truss structure had a length of 50 feet and was built in 1870 by a Mr. Winters. The Mooresville Covered Bridge was listed as #14-55-03 in the World Guide (according to G. Gould's 1977 list) and lost in 1912.
