The Ladoga Covered Bridge, also known as the White Covered
Bridge, is no longer standing
it crossed Big Raccoon Creek in Section
17, Township 17 North, and Range 3 West, near where State Road 234 now crosses
the river just east of Ladoga, Montgomery County. Probably a single span,
this Burr Arch Truss structure had a length of 120 feet and was built in
1882 by Joseph J. Daniels. The Ladoga Covered Bridge was listed as #14-54-05
in the World Guide (according to G. Gould's 1977 list) and lost in 1941.
