This map was extracted from the 1969 publication "Covered Bridges of Indiana," and was prepared by the Indiana State Highway Commission, Office of Highway Development, Long Range Planning Section. The Orange Dots represent the actual position of a covered bridge in 2002.

Smith, February 1938 Indiana History Bulletin, notes that Wabash County had 5 Covered Bridges ... in this document we have only identified 2 that correspond with this article.
