The Wheeling Pike Covered Bridge is no longer standing … it would have crossed the West Fork of the White River, however, little is known about the covered bridges in Delaware County, thus, this bridge is included solely on the boyhood recollections of Lloyd U. Zimmerman regarding the Walnut Street Covered Bridge. George Gould didn't assign this bridge a listing in the World Guide and so, I have elected to identify it as #14-18-02.
