Genealogists & Researers Beware!

This message is primarily for those of you who are newcomers to the world of genealogy research, and more specifically, Internet genealogy research ... and the key is reader beware!!! Please keep in mind that everything you see in print that is NOT an official document, i.e., Church, State, Federal, etc., and must be viewed cautiously because:

1. Any information someone else types or copies can have accidental errors. 2. You don't know where the info came from ... sometimes it's just plain wrong due to errors of memory or fact!

I work hard to represent the information on this site correctly according to how it was presented in reference materials, but errors happen, so use this information (and all unofficial information you come across) as a guide to assist you in your endeavor to locate official documents!
