Site Purpose, Goals & Progress
Everything you see on the County History Preservation Society site was developed and implemented by Ronald Branson. Despite appearances, this site represents the efforts of one individual with the purpose of providing a wide range of access to documents that are no longer available to the general public, especially those who live outside of Indiana.
In an effort to meet this stated purpose, all text information presented herein is accessible to any visitor. To assist in meeting the expenses of maintaining and growing this site, all larger images and the "Search Feature" have be set aside for only those individuals that have become Members of the society and are therefore Registered Users. As the financial requirements are modest, registration has been set at $10.00, renewable yearly, to make these services as accessible to the general public as possible. For more information on how the "Search Feature" enhances the use of the site, please click here.
This site, by its very nature, will be forever "under construction" and individual county updates can be viewed at any particular county home page by selecting the "What's New" option or you can view an overview if you click here.
